Out on my e-tadpole today, so I thought I'd get a pic.

I have three bikes with hub motors, but another refreshing thing about this is the outboard motor - especially as the 12 gears are so widely spaced apart (13/34 cassette plus 3-speed hub). It does hills and speed, allowing me to enjoy The cats-eye view and understeer!

Ha! That's the first time i've seen someone using a remote crank to turn an armless master one - other than myself, when i built this:

Looks like our front ratios are similar too (30/38 but i have 28/40), good way to control an otherwise long chain whilst also adding in a final drive ratio.

Is your front fender the wrong way around? Or is it too low otherwise? I guess it doesn't need to be lower, as your legs are out the firing line.. Looks fun, anyways.

Back end of my Volae Team at the end of a 1000 km brevet. My next bike will have room for full coverage fenders.

My Single Serving TT Rover Trike

We bought this Rover as a TANDEM back in Jan. 2018 but due to circumstances of having to move into a tiny 1 bedroom apt. and income loss from the wife leaving work and having both of us on our earned Social Security Retirement Benefits only (can't afford a separate storage unit anymore), we had it "converted" back to a Single Trike for ME. It's really upgraded, 10 speed rear derailleur with 11x42 cassette, Sram "trigger shifters", Shimano Hydraulic disc brakes, Efneo 3 speed IG drive unit, making it a "30 speed", etc. so it's really sweet for a bottom line recumbent trike! We picked up a very nice used Trident Stow Away I for my wife, JoLynn so we are back to being a "2-trike" family again!

Building a near-copy of my bike above for my son. His will use a 451 front tire instead, because he's still kind of short...

More pics when it's done...

Considering those tight bents in the cable housings, you should consider using some flex noodles. Compressionless housing doesn't like doing that!

It's a bad camera angle. It's not as tight a bend as it looks...

AngleTech! I know the owner from Seattle. My wife test rode recumbents at his place while we were on vacation.

Great place to test out new trikes, we are lucky to have them here and they do take good care of us, even though all we've ever been able to buy is USED trikes from them! We did just have them install rear wheel hub e-assist systems on both our trikes. Have a excellent day!

Since we got the low level E-assist systems on our trikes we decided to try some over night or weekend touring. We headed South on CO. Hwy. 115 S. from Colorado Springs, CO. to Canon City, CO. 50 miles and spend the night at a motel. We stopped at the Coyote's Den in Penrose, CO. for lunch, then picked up CO. Hwy. 50 E into Canon City, ordered a pizza and kicked back for the evening after 2,400 ft. of Altitude Gain and some really mean Rumble Strips and even larger "Rumble Patches, (3x5 feet), that were a RPIA at times!!! We got up had a breakfast corosant and headed back up CO. 50 W. back to CO. 115 N. back to the Springs and home, 3,117 ft. of Altitude Gain and 90F temps. and sunny we felt a bit "fried to a crispy crunch", LOL but really enjoyed the ride and now have to figure out how we can AFFORD to do more these touring rides over the summer!

Sun EZ-1 modified

Just had the rear and front derailleurs removed and Shimano Nexus 8 put in. Now by far the most fun ride I've had. When I'm trained up a bit I'll probably either use the large front sprocket only, or replace the front with one of the front hub systems available. Hubs are so much better !!!

Looks like your Super Cruzer has been well cared for. The EZ-1 SC was my first recumbent and I still have a soft spot in my heart for them. In fact, mine was identical in color and decals to yours. I wish I still had it for visiting friends and family.
