Based on notes on the web, it is probably from between 1981 and mid 80's.
I am having troubles deciding if that is original or an older restoration.
Does "Colnago" on the downtube and seattube appear to be painted on or a decal?
As I understand it, COVID is turning the bike market upside-down. I see quite a few people asking for > $1000 for frames on E-Bay, but I think the ones that are selling are going for closer to $400 to $600.
By the mid 80's, there were quite a few better Colnago bikes available.

I’ve offered my beautiful, professionally resprayed, Super frameset to a couple of members in the $400 + shipping range with some interest but no takers. Maybe it brings that much on eBay but you’ll have an extra ~$50 in fees.

I just fixed the paint and built it up the wheels and the other components. I paid $350 for that frame. That's more than I usually invest in a bare frame, but I had never owned a Colnago in my size, so it was worth it to me. Yours looks like it has better chrome, but I just painted the chrome fork to match.

Have not posted the Colnago but did offer it to some members looking for a 58cm frame. Too nice for me to ride and am kind of thinking about using it as a wall display.
