Help identifying a Peugeot
Hi guys. I'm hoping some of you French bike experts can help me dial into the specific year and any other info about a Peugeot. I inherited it from my dad but I don't know any of its history.
The serial under the BB is Y801 19921. The brake levers say Shimano SLR but I don't know if those are original. The hubs are Maillard and the freewheel has a 12-spline interface. Crank says Nervar.
Picture:
I'm thinking about cleaning this guy up - new freewheel, chain, remove disk, cable/housing, tape, hoods, and saddle at a minimum.
Thanks!!
