'You can't see me'

Match sprint-style follow-the-leader where the rear rider tries to get in the blind spot of the lead rider.

A modification is to add a 30m zone where the rear rider initiates the jump and the lead rider works on their reaction time. The rear rider should be working on disguising their jump. You roll around playing the game, and then when both riders are in the 30m zone, the rear rider has to jump at some point before they exit that zone.

1 kilometer races where the riders have to stay seated the whole time. You each sit on a $ bill, with each one trying to gain the other's without losing their own.

Doing laps "Buddy-Buddy" where you pair up and ride side by side with each others arm behind the others back.

Always good to practice madison slings at half speed. You can space people out around the track at set distances from each other, and everyone relays around the track by slinging from a rider. Have everyone but 2-4 riders riding above the stayers line in a paceline, and when someone is approaching from behind/below, the person on the front of the paceline drops own for a sling, and the other rider takes their place at the back of the paceline.

Longest lap, where the winner is the last person across the finish line.

That is a great idea! Just don't invite that motorcycle guy who reached over and hit the brakes on the guy he was trying to pass!

Hah...Andy. He's kindof like my 4th coach at this point He's really nice...but...yeah...he was super aggressive as a racer and he misses the days when keirins were basically full contact (he got a long ban for the crash incident)

That is exactly the kind of games I was after for coaching some kids. Just perfect. Any more as I have a lot of sessions to fill?
