WTB: Suntour friction bar end shifters

Hi,
I'd like to buy some Suntour friction bar end shifters for my 7 speed / triple setup on the Voyageur. Also open to other equivalent bar end friction shifters.
I currently have a Suntour Accushift Plus XCE group set, including Accushift Plus 7 speed indexing bar end shifters in nice shape. The indexing doesn't work properly once components like free wheels age out and aren't replaced with Suntour parts. I'd rather just run a friction set up.

Why don't you just run the Accushift Plus 7 speed indexing bar end shifters in friction mode?

@Ged117 Not to talk you out of a purchase but I thought the same.
I currently have the set up listed below on my Schwinn Premis and find the shifting to be great.
It flat out works.

Balky index shifting with Suntour Accushift can be improved by switching to a SunRace freewheel and KMC Z72 or comparable chain (side plates formed to ease shifting). Specifically the SunRace 7-speed chromed 13-25 MFR30 and 13-28 MFM30. Shifting is much crisper and the chain rides more quietly than with the Suntour freewheels and any compatible chain I've tried including the original Suntour.

If you have everything else in place and
if all that it will take is a new chain, why not try it and see for yourself ?
Chains aren't that expensive.
For myself, it was worth making the changes.

I've got a KMC Z72 on order. Thanks for the suggestion. I liked the Suntour indexing when it worked a long time ago with the original components.

The only other item that I changed was cables and housing.
Riding a bike from the late 80's with original cables and housing, I felt I needed to change cables and housing while I was at it.
Am very very pleased with the end result, I hope you will be as well.
