An '80s Trek 510 (probably).
I'm told I can't post the bikes my husband is interested in, so just admire the pretty and the fact there are two of them.

I'm seriously considering this SLX Torelli to replace the Aelle I had. I have it saved on my offerup. It was posted here on the last page.

I'm glad to hear it. I hope you enjoy it. I think you got a great deal too. It kept popping up in my searches, and I was just astonished that the price was getting that low. I was very tempted but just too far of a drive for me and I have an identical one (unfortunately not my size) sitting at home already.

1992 DiBernardi SLX 58cm - $840
https://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/bi...181263901.html
92 DiBernardi slx 58cm frame. This is new old stock. When purchased a few years ago the frame came out of the box. This frame may have 200 miles on it.
Older Chorus crank, shimano brake levers with ultegra calipers. Dura Ace rear derailleur, ultegra front. Dura Ace 8 speed levers running friction on a 6 speed freewheel. Wheels- Mavic Open 4 cd rims laced to 105 hubs. These have zero brake track wear and are in great shape. No pedals or bottle cages at this price. Local sale only. Price is firm. These older 58cm frames fit like the new 56cm so if you’re around 6ft tall this is a good fit.

So I've been staring at this listing on Facebook forever and finally admitted that it's too tall for me. The bike has a 7in head tube and 33in standover - so a 58/59 I guess. Maybe it's a 60cm seat tube center to top? Anyway, it's a brilliant bike and appears immaculate. I really wish it fit me. Anyway, someone here should pick this up: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...6216487002516/

Big, old, weird Ross, fairly low end but it's in beautiful original condition.

Yes it's missing a bunch of stuff (how hard would the seat collar be to replace?), but it's also very cheap.
