Is this a problem
I was cleaning my bike when I found these two bulges on the frame. They aren't big and can be barely felt. I bought the bike about a week ago, and it's about 9 years old however the previous owner used it about 4 times and stored it for most of the time, as he had bought a better bike. The frame is an alloy frame. Should I be worried about corrosion or is it just the surface paint?
thanks in advance.

Welcome! Depends on the location of the bulges. If they are under the top tube and down tube just aft of the head tube then the bike has likely been run into something hard enough to buckle the frame. We need pix so you need to make ten posts before you can do that or link us to a hosting site where you have pix already.
