1935 CCM pedal bike

I know where this bike is. It isn't something that I particularly interested in. What do you think it's worth and would anyone be interested. Come with the original bill of sale Aug 8, 1936

Based on the serial number, this one was manufactured in 1934. The crankset or at least the chainring has been replaced, as the CCM logo version had its debut in 1936. It looks like the original head badge is also missing. It does haven't have the desirable Triplex crankset, Gibson pedals or much improved '37 coaster brake, so the appeal will be limited. The receipt price is less than 1/2 the MSRP for even the budget models, so it was resold as "used" in 1936. I'd skip The CABE and go right to the experts at the Vintage CCM website.
