Two Wheels, Two Legs and the love of Cycling. If I were writing a book I'd talk about how to go about enjoying the training, racing, touring, and the adventure of cycling for the over 50 crowd with an eye toward it being a bit of a resource book pointing people toward self-help for bike repair, planning, and tips on keeping cycling fresh, fun and safe.

Chapters: How to justify eating anything under the guise of pre-ride carb loading.
Huneybuns vs little chocolate donuts. Why settle for just one of them?
Tips and tricks for Androgel application.
I'm a little busy or I'd come up with a few more.

Retirement Cycling - cycling takes so much time, I'm always amazed how anyone can fit it in with a family and a job. (I started riding at 65). I used to find running demanding, and I stopped running marathons at 40 when I started having kids. I could get some serious running in under an hour. I noticed yesterday that one of my retired friends rode 1,800 miles last month!
