When I joined the race on Wednesday, Zwift warned me I might be too powerful for my category, but I sure don't feel that way. I'm gonna race D till the DQ me or move me up or whatever.

Intervals looks at efforts somewhere around 3 minutes and longer. I was aiming for 400w for 3min but ended up doing 3min 20sec at 350w which put me at an eFTP of 268w. Last fall, 3min10sec at 373w put me at 280w. Looking at it now, it was on the same hill, and I had the same dip, (but I wasn't actually targeting the effort at the time).

Nah! When you look at the torque figures of these stupidly strong guys, you'll realize that they don't have enough body weight to put the necessary torque to the pedals - what they're doing is leveraging against their bars, typically pulling up forcefully whilst slam-dancing on the pedals.

If you snap your bar you'll be working on more than core for awhile.

Our ISP just raised our monthly rate by $10. I got online to ask about that, they said that our agreement ended and the price went up. I asked if they could reinstate the old price.
Good news: they said I qualify for a HIGHER speed (200 vs 75 currently) at the OLD price.
Bad news: there is a $150 "install fee" they say I have to pay. And they would not waive that fee.
Holy bait and switch! Hmm. Tough choice. I will let mrs datlas decide.

I think the times when I ride (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday after 4:30) tend to be a good time to race, if your idea of a good time is a small field. I'm not intentionally racing when nobody else is, mind you. But if it works out that way......
