Addiction 2021.1

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Last fall, 3min10sec at 373w put me at 280w. Looking at it now, it was on the same hill, and I had the same dip, (but I wasn't actually targeting the effort at the time).

Yeah, I have no concerns about breaking the bars. And, I don't ride like that nor am I skilled or strong enough to do so. I'm old and slow as MoAlpha would say.

Just get a Prius. Equally as exciting. 0-6 in 5 seconds.

Anything coming to replace it?

I think the times when I ride (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday after 4:30) tend to be a good time to race, if your idea of a good time is a small field. I'm not intentionally racing when nobody else is, mind you. But if it works out that way......
