Identifying Roubaix fork

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Identifying Roubaix fork

I purchased this fork from a seller on Craigslist. He claims it came from a 2016 Roubaix S-works but after looking up that years models I don't believe that's accurate. In an attempt to identify the year I looked up multiple models but couldn't find an exact match.

Any leads? Thanks in advance.

That'd be a 2012 or older model. They started not raking the fork out so much in 2013. The 2016 models have a different Zertz insert than what you have pictured.
