How to secure Brake Housing
Hi there, I got a bike with no front brake installed.
I put on a brake lever, connected it via cable and cable housing to the front disc brake.
Problem is, whenever I push down on the forks and press the brakes at the same time, the cable goes slack. (this is due to the cable housing moving)
So my question is, How Do I Secure The Brake Housing to the Frame?
I have tried using zip ties, electrical tape, and a combination of both, to no avail. There is no mount on the fork for a cable guide either.....
Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming that based on the clues in your post that you have a suspension fork & disc brake.
It is normal for the housing to move with suspension travel.
The cable, the brake caliper & the housing are a system. Think of them as independent of the bike frame. Just mounted to a thing that acts upon the frame; In this case, the forks.
If the cable (the wire inside the housing) is moving with suspension travel, then there is a problem.
As above, a picture linked from imagur or Flickr would help a lot and clarify what words you are using to describe what you mean.
