Folding bike bag recommendation?
Hi, I need a bag for a 20in bike, mostly to put it in the backseat of the car and keep the dirt inside the bag. Any cheapo recommendation, preferrably from Amazon? I only found a few there and they had bad or no reviews.

Don't know how cheap you want to go, but I have one of these - Dahon El Bolso, $88 with shipping from amazon:

The bag is decent enough, and the handle is nice. I don't do much toting with it so can't speak to durability issues yet.
If you want to go much cheaper, you can try exploring options outside of bags designed specifically for folders. Measure your dimensions completely folded and start looking online for a bag that will fit. Sporting goods stores and outfitters sometimes have bags which will work in a pinch.
When I want to travel with my Brompton M3L, for ex., I have a bag that was originally designed for a piece of physical therapy equipment (BodyCushion, in case anyone is interested). That bag was free as it was something my wife was going to throw out.

If you want real cheap; get a big Ikea bag made of that blue tarp material.
I've actually sewn up bags out of real tarps; cheap and effective although you gotta deal with that crinkling noise.

I'm not familiar with the blue tarp Ikea bags ,but if they're half good as the Dimpa clear plastic that Ikea sells for $3.25 that would be perfect for 20" .The clear Dimpa fit a Brompton like a glove.I bought four of them for just over $12 thinking I would use them as each one wore out ,that was four years ago and I'm still on the first one.

Just to confirm for everyone... my 20" Tern Link does not fit inside an Ikea Dimpa bag but the Brompton fits with room to spare. The blue Ikea open-top bags might work.

If you put a folding bike in a garbage bag, you better attach the bike to the inside of the building, with some sort of lock IMO. Or else someone could dump the garbage bag diligently in a garbage container, without realizing it contains a valuable possession.
