YST bearing seals

YST seals keep breaking, where can I find replacements?

Pull the fork , put a section of inner tube stretched over the lower headset ,
once its back together , put another over the upper race..

Guess I should have been more specific, YST bearings in bottom bracket.

Most BB do not have a rubber seal there.
I'd probably go to a bearing/seal house with the cups and spindle and have them measure and match something up. Or just use an O ring.

O rings have been used between the cup face and the arm's inner surface for many decades. But don't confuse the ability to keep out big bits of grit with the ability to keep out water. Andy
