Replacement parts for Ride2 Crank arm shorteners?
I have a set of Ride2 crank arm shorteners and the bolt which connects the shortener to the crank arm broke today. I was able to recover the shortener and the pedal but not the special spacer and bolt. The bolt is not the problem but I do not know where to get that special spacer. See photo below. I cannot find the manufacturer Ride2 anywhere. I only find the whole set at various online stores.
I only need that spacer but not the whole set which costs about $130.
Does anyone know how to contact the manufacturer Ride2 for a replacement spacer?
Thx

Since you have the other spacer you might consider taking it to a local machine shop and seeing if they could duplicate it for you. It looks like a pretty simple item.

Does the missing spacer/nut screws into the crankarm's pedal threads? If not, maybe substitute the bolt and spacer with a SAE class 8-10 or an M10 (metric) bolt and nylock nut.

Contact Tandems East at 856-451-5104. They are good to work with and can get the bolt if anyone can.

Anyone with a lathe can make that for you. If you can send me some accurate dimensions and/or a picture of it disassembled, I could make one for you.
