Thanks! I'll edit the chart shortly.

Still looking for data on high-end 10-speed rings.

(Another reason for chainring spacers is if you switch from thicker to thinner rings and find that your chainring fixing bolts are loose.)

ok, I'll bite...

I can get you R600 50/34, 5650 50/34 and 5501 53/39 chainring measurements
can also get you a 110bcd 38T left side tandem timing ring measurement.

will post the info tomorrow.

If you want to go through the exercise, the depth gage at the other end of the calipers is quite accurate enough. Just measure to some point on the tooth, then again to the same point on the other side of the tooth. Any offset should be immediately obvious.

too late, I already mounted my rings back on my bikes

the 105 outer rings have offset, they're dished to the outside, obviously for chain ramps and to allow more cross chaining room when in the small ring.
the compact inner rings have offset, the teeth are lined up to the inner edge with slight dishing.

Added AOE's updates.

AEO, is there a make/model on the tandem ring? And please confirm the 4.67(!) thickness on the R600 ring - quite the thickest we've seen.

No, it doesn't.

They will work just fine, though I can't say the same for a 10-speed FD. But that's another topic...

OK - I just got an icebox load of assorted chain rings. I'll measure & mike them as I get to them. Results posted in chart to follow.
