I use the Wheels Manufacturing sleeves on my trike with 20" wheels and they work fine. They are a tight fit through the Schrader hole. They do stick up a bit so I am thinking about trimming them down the next time I have the tires off. I have also used stepped nuts for presta valves. These come with Schwalbe and Continental tubes. The diameter of the step fits into the Schrader hole to stabilise the stem.

bubble flare some aluminum tubing that will slip around the PV & not go past the PV's wheel pass-thru opening.

By what manner of thinking could someone get the notion that a single anonymous (Amazon) internet opinion merits any consideration at all, or that soliciting more anonymous internet opinions (bikeforums.net) could get closer to truth?
