How much fitness will I have lost?

so the past 3 weeks I was on and off the bike due to an injury but I was riding once a week and now Im back to my normal routine. Before that, my fitness was good and I was doing well in cat 3/4 races. I have a big race weekend in a week and a half. Will I still have the fitness from before I was off the bike? Or have I lost a lot of fitness?
I am 17 y/o if that makes any difference

you'll have most of your fitness. 30s-5 min efforts will hurt worse and feel alien and the numbers will be a little off.

But the race is in a week and a half. He can probably do intervals twice in the meantime and be right back where he left off.

17 - it makes a huge difference.
Weight makes a difference.
If this is a typical USA crit - training being at the front or the back.
Not much difference. More about what you decide to do.

An ITT - it matters.
RR - it matters.

I think a lot of it relies on how much "aerobic base" you have, like training miles in your legs. If you're faking aerobic fitness with a lot of anaerobic work you're going to feel that time off way more than you otherwise would because the anaerobic stuff is the first to go during a layoff. It's not worth worrying about though, you're going to race regardless yeah? Either you'll feel good or you wont, and you'll eventually feel good again anyway!
