I don't think it is SL. I thought that came out much later, but I may be wrong.

That's standard 531. 531SL has the numbers in red, not green.

The subject bicycle may not be too early for 531SL which came out for the 1976 model year. It has a Reynolds decal with the wide gold bad was introduced for the 1975 model year and the version with the Ti logo came out for 1976.

That Romic is a seriously nice bike. Lived in Houston for 11 years and have a soft spot for that brand.

My '64 Legnano Roma Olimpiade, had since new.

'73 Raleigh Super Course, built from a scrap metal, found frame.

'78 Peugeot PR10, original paint and decals. Bought from a French guy, just over a year ago. It was his commuter bike!

'78 Raleigh Super Course, $20 Craigslist project.

'61 Legnano Gran Premio, $50 barn find.
