stuck rock shox forks

I have this Trek 930 the forks do not move up and down, is there anything I can do to get them working?

Hydraulic fluid may have leaked beyond the seals, locking them in place. Suggest rebuild if feeling brave, or replace. Just a guess. I did a search in the interwebs, much to be found.
