I purchased the Icetoolz one.
I felt, from the replies, it was close to the Park and the best bargain. (Kind of. Though, the Chinese ones would’ve likely been as good)
Thanks for the opinions

If you think about it, starting from scratch shouldn't happen. Even on a brand new frameset, you should be getting it with sleeves in there, and if somebody's stripped it, they'd either be a dingbat or a scumbag to not at least run string or something when removing the cables.
If I'm buying an internally routed frame, I'd be checking that and negotiating accordingly. It's not the quarter hour's labour, but the cost of the damn tool you shouldn't need.
Not that I'd buy it rather than spend half an hour without it, but you know, it's the principle.

Man, that's poo. I'd count that as frame prep, which these days should really only be a thing on cheap Chinese stuff.

I reckon it's all probably cool, except the hole in the bars is making me nervous. I'm married to the Aeronova shape, might have to cough up for the proper ones to butcher instead of the $40 Chinesium...

Geez, where are all the folks telling me about losing teeth?
I'm thinking to cut and splice the connectors onto something that only requires like a 1.5mm hole, that seems like the right sort of insanity...

If anyone cares the Icetoolz for 40$ doesn’t come with the adaptor to hook up to a bare brake cable wire. So that sucks and I sent it back.
Got a Chinese one(Risk brand) for 12$ as some recommended. Looks to have all needed.
