Need help identifying Schwinn Paramount

Can anyone help identify this Paramount and see if it is indeed a Paramount? The paint job is super funky and I wasn't sure if it's original or if the frame is even a Paramount. Would love any input.

Yes it is a Paramount 60 cm, July 1988,126 frame that month
