Rim for High Plains 3.6

Hello;

Yesterday I bought a high plains 3.6 fs for my girlfriend. Today I was truing the rear wheel when I noticed that the rim is cracked on both sides. Obviously I am in need of a new one. However, I am not sure how to size it.

I figured that I would take the easy way out and just look up the specs for this bike. But unfortunately, I have not been able to find any such info. Does anybody know what size rim/ wheel this model takes?

Any help here would be very greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Is the rim cracked or is it the seam where the ends of the hoop are joined? Is it directly opposite the valve hole?
