Any Thoughts About This Colnago?

So I've been trying to figure out what this Colnago frame is. It's steel (magnet sticks to it). It has a decal on the left chainstay that says "Colnago Super" (but I know from past experience that incorrect decals are easy to add). It has the stuff to run the rear brake cable through the top tube (which I've read is somewhat unusual for colnago super) It has chrome (or at least polished metal) at the top and bottom of the head tube. The club logo is in the bottom bracket housing (the word "colnago" and the club are stamped into the bottom of the bottom bracket housing), the seat stays and the downtube lug but nowhere on the top tube. No chainstay bridge, which seems uusual since the pictures I have seen of Supers seem to have chainstay bridge. The serial number stamped into the dropout is 80524. I am trying to figure out what it is and to decide what to do with it.

What is that little tab on the top tube?

I don’t know what model that is, but the tab is for a race number.

Very nice looking frame!
