Did something I've never done before
While spinning at 70-75 RPM, I reached down grabbed my water bottle, drank, and returned it. Never broke cadence.

Excellent! It’s certainly a necessary skill for long climbs when you don’t coast......or riding in faster groups where you have to keep pedaling to remain with the group.
