What’s your weekly ride schedule??
My back is doing a lot better (not sure why...but not questioning it) and am getting back on the bike (both stationary and not). I am going to take it slow, but I am just wondering what you all are riding each week.
How often do you ride?
What distance do you ride each day?
How much climbing, etc each day?

Outdoor rides, about 4 a week, 20-40 miles, 1,000-2,000 feet elevation gain, averaging 450-500 miles a month. Mostly on an '89 Ironman this year, but last year was mostly a '93 Trek 5900 that's currently disassembled for overhaul. Gotta send the headset out to be serviced. The rest I can do at home.
Some indoor trainer spins and workouts that I don't usually set to public on Strava. Just logging for my own info.
And walks I don't usually bother to log at all.

I am not sure about this weekend. The weather for Sunday here is 60% chance of rain, and I ain't a duck so probably no riding. I may set up the trainer which I have only used a couple of times. My wife doesn't want me riding at all right now and no amount of talking will convince her it is safe. It is difficult to justify riding my bike if it causes her grief, Joe

Stay the **** inside, self-isolating.
Might go for a short ride this weekend with my girlfriend on a quiet route.

Riding indoors for the past two weeks. Probably keep doing so for another month at least.
Besides the health risk, it has been cold and rainy.

Almost every day, when in Jamaica...
I do keep the bike tuned and lubed but worry little about clean and shiny...
Blew out a set of tires and a set of shoes. Walking in SPD shoes in Jamaica is not a good idea...
My ride schedule in Canada? Almost every day that is not wet or too cold. (The day was on a Tuesday, last summer:-) Sorry, no picture as I went for my summer ride that day. This will have to do because, today, my daughter's back yard looks like this right now, sans Peugeot...

Last week:
M-17mi, 1000ft easy
Tu-32mi, 2800ft hard efforts on two climbs of 2 & 3 mi
W-rest
Th-30mi, 2500ft endurance ride
F-16mi, 1000ft easy
Sa-36mi, 3200 ft, hill repeats X3@LT-10
Su-rest
Since EroicaCA was postponed, and my work schedule has changed, I cut way back on mileage and started wearing the HR monitor. Hitting my target HRs has kept my endurance rides from becoming a walk in the park and my intervals from becomming pretend HIT.
Today: endurance ride 30/2500 14.4mph

Saturdays are usually a 50-75 mile group ride with our "fast old guys" informal club. 2,000-3,000 feet of climbing is typical. Tuesdays and Thursdays during daylight savings time are 5:30 "happy hour" fast group rides with the same bunch on a mostly flat route of 20-25 mile, followed by craft brewed electrolyte replacement and bench racing. Weekday rides the rest of the year are spin classes.
We're not doing group rides for now, though, so I've cut back on the distance and intensity.

Yeah, I've cut back on the intensity of my workouts. I watch my heart zone and try to avoid my max heart rate and minimize time in zone 4.
And I use heart rate variability apps as a gauge to whether to exercise or rest. Elite HRV and Wattson Blue are useful HRV apps.

Start of season
M-F - 1.0-1.5 hours/day
Sa - 2.0-3.0 hours
Su - 1.0-2.0 hours
End of season
M-F - 2.0-2.5 hours/day
Sa - 2.5-6.0 hours
Su - 1.0-2.0 hours
Weekdays are commuting, there are several "long ways" home. Saturday is the "hard" day, off-topic bike. Sunday is typically vintage recovery day.
