Help Identifying Brand

I've been cleaning out the basement and garage and been going through a lot of old bike stuff. I found this road quill stem in the junk box but can't remember where it came from. My guess is 70s vintage. Anyone recognize this brand?

Apparently made by Kusuki of Japan, which means it should work just fine...
