Do saddles with 7x9 Rails require particular seatposts?

I'm interested in purchasing the "FI'ZI:K Kurve Snake Saddle - 7x9 Aluminum Mobius Rails", but do I need a seatpost that can accept 7x9 rails? My current seatpost uses clamps on top and bottom of rails

Your seatpost will work.

Ones that clamp from the side need special parts.

It depends on the shape of clamp pieces. Some designs have a different curvature where the rails rest.

I run a Fizik Kurve Snake on a Thomson Masterpiece and it fits fine.

But i have another chinese seatpost similar to a KCNC seatpost that uses a top and bottom clamp design and the Kurve Snake doesn't fit.
