How do I adjust this headset?
Never seen one of these before. It's stamped "Peugeot." Two notches in the lockring, no noticeable places to put a wrench on the upper race. Do I just tighten it down with lockring pliers?

On the one on my Raleigh I use a beer tapper faucet spanner. I may have had to do some filing on the wrench for best fit, I don't recall

Never seen one either, so can't help, but it does look rather attractive. Thanks for posting it.

A strap wrench is ideal for this, and can be one of the handiest tools in your box. Cheap ones can be had for less than $5.00 at tru-Value stores, or about $8.00 for nicer ones at auto stores.

I see a notch at the top is the lock nut.....
A right sized hooked spanner could work if you cannot find the OEM....but finding one that small could be a challenge.........
