Just a quick introduction. Recently got back into biking, saw this forum and after a lot of lurking, decided to join. As far as biking goes my main interests are for exercise (about 70 miles a week) which isn't nearly as much as some but, considering the terrain around here is nothing but hills and the fact I'm 69 yrs, I'm OK with that! My other biking interest rails and trails (mostly in nearby neighboring Ohio) and we (wife and I) ride those as often as possilbe. After all the hills around here, flat terrain Rails and Trails seem pretty darn easy! One final thing, our bikes are 2019 Trek DS3.
