E-mails
I have unclicked everything except for E-mail from Administrators yet I still get E-mail every time I get quoted. How do I make that stop?

If you go to your UserCP and scroll down to the bottom to User settings, you can check the box that says "hide quote alerts"

Not exactly correct but got me to the right place.
UserCP==>User Tagging==>Settings==>Disable several Email Options
We will see if that works.
