Not a folder, but maybe you could consider it a minivelo?

Seems odd to get a speed record being pulled up to 90 mph and drafting, but I guess that's how you can get up to max speed with out needing a huge distance to ramp up.

488 gear inches is prettty crazy too.

Looks kind of like a cross between an Electra cruiser and a hooligan I saw at the bike shop this week.
