It rides pretty good. One little issue - toe strike. If you pedal while turning the tire can rub your foot.
Also, the 3-speed hubs needs adjustment, it doesn't change gears.

When I was a kid in the early 70's I had a BSA Panther, which was similar to the more expensive Raleigh Chopper, both had smaller from tires. I was the baddest mofo on the hill!!

Have you tried riding it with the handlebars under your legs like the other examples in this thread?

I sat on it that way, and these bars rubbed the backs of my legs - without even trying to turn. It also looks bad in that position because I didn't jig up the stem very well and it moved; and now the stem and top tube aren't parallel like I wanted. So, I moved it to the forward position.

This would be a great 'slow roll' bike...
