Ya, I'm not sure if I will do San Dimas, but March is when I plan to come into form. I'll start racing in Feb and doing higher intensity stuff during training.

Two times more than ive ridden...I havent touched my bike since last Sunday. Hopefully my leg/hip is ok with riding after 2 weeks off. Although it still is kind of bothering me off the bike.

Sat - 5-6hrs with weird intervally things. 30 min of every hour easy z2, 30min of every hour at the lowest end of tempo.
Sun - same as Sat.

Next week - same as this week pretty much.

Stanford just won some national recognition for having the best landscaped campus.

Seriously though, that's one of the reasons I chose Stanford over Berkeley. The actual landscaping. Also the full funding... but still, the landscaping would have been a major factor if funding situations were similar.

I find their campus pretentious.

It's sad what CA legislature did to the UC system.

Also lols at innuendos.
