Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

What is the appropriate (spare) tube for the WTB Byway (650bx47mm)?

This feels like such a silly question but before I pull the trigger on some spare tubes for my WTB Byway 650b Tubeless setup (650bx47mm), I wanted to get some direction around the proper size tube.

Are these the best option? (Aka will they even fit?)

Thanks in advance for any help!

That should work fine. This might be a little smaller if you're looking to save space/weight:

wouldn't a 26" tube work as a spare to get a guy home?

Maxxis make their "welterweight" tubes in a 27.5 x 1.5-1.75 size. They are a bit of a pain to find, but Chain Reaction Cycles seems to have them in stock.

Yes, also works fine in general. I carry 26" tubes for my 650b bikes because they're lighter and smaller than the 650b option.

How are the 26" tubes in terms of getting the tire on/avoiding tire lever damage?
