New Things You Can Do with Honeycomb Polypropylene

Hi, haven’t posted in this forum in some time.
New Fairing
 also Lowrider Seat

Lowered Seat

This prototype combines the monocoque fiberglass framing, with the polypropylene honeycomb structure fairing/pannier system.
Full setup includes LED lights.

Very lightweight 5mm Polypropylene Honeycomb Polypropylene with lightning holes. There’s a lot of fiberglass structure bonded to the frame.

The Fiberglass fiberglass has been on the bike since 2014 . This week an anti sway brace was added (green epoxy fiberglass)

LED lights

thanks for the reply
here are the finished photos
added solar panels

Top solar panel 10 watt Xinpuguang

Rear Solar panel 20 watt unbranded fiberglass panel

This bike contains a series of prototype parts and electronic accessories. I don’t seem to have any competition. My nearest competitor is CitiBike.
The next step will be to put a larger solar panel on the roof, and install a hub motor

That is certainly unique, and mostly in a good way. If you're happy riding it, then enjoy the miles.

Yes, I set up a series of prototypes .
My daughter learned aircraft structural engineering from her grandfather who worked at Grumman during World War Two, supervised the construction of 11,000 F6F Hellcat fighter planes. Fiberglass wingtips were designed to go transonic in a dive.
The Type 9, 10, & 11 use her monocoque frame rail.

Looks like a 1998-2000 iMac housing. Clever reuse.
