Based on those pictures..I've pretty much always been in the 13-19% range. This year I've made a semi serious effort to actually drop a few pounds. I'm down 3-4 pounds...would like to drop another ~10 and get to 180, down from 190 currently.

Ha! Trying to focus the kid next year. He noticed adding 25# looking buff from the gym does not work so well for UCI level events.
Body fat has little to do with it.

I've been really enjoying the VeloNews Fast Talk which sounds like it might be similar.

I also tried the Trainer Road Ask A Cycling Coach, which I kind of hated (they say a lot of things that I don't think are correct from everything else I know and have read).

I've listened to many, many hours the last two days because I was traveling to/from a conference and spending time on trains and in train stations. I've actually spent more time listening to podcasts about bike riding than I have actually riding my bike in the last week or more.

I added this one to try out, we'll see.
