And I am going to grill a steak whilst sipping a vodka martini.

I started this thread, so I'd like to explain that I love beer and wouldn't turn down any beer that was free. I prefer beers that taste like a beer should taste as opposed to the so-called light beers (watered-down taste) and sub-100 calorie ultra lights (WHAT taste?) that are being hyper-marketed here in the U.S. where our population is now officially 60 percent overweight and climbing.
Anyway, I like beer and I LOVE a good beer. Thanks to everyone on BF for sharing their favorites - looks like I've got lots of great brews to try!

No shooters, just good craft beers:
* Three Floyds Alpha King
* Three Floyds Dreadnaught
* Three Floyds Dark Lord (expensive and only once a year)
* Three Floyds Apocalypse Cow
* Stone IPA
* Dogfish IPA's (both 60 and 90-minute)
* Goose Island IPA's (I do live in Chicago and support my local brewers)
* Almost everything from Two Brothers (another Chicago area brewer, you can't beat their keg deals either)
If it is a good craft IPA, I am game.

They are indeed mine. Note that I get boxes from the Bruery to store stuff, so it's not all Bruery beer. Yes, you'll find all the Christmas beers, all the Provisions beers, Oude Tart, Black Tuesday, barrel aged Autumn Maple, Batch 1, Papier, Coton, and lots of other Bruery stuff in there. There's also all the Firestone anniversary beers, lots and lots of Abyss, Bourbon County, Cases of St. Bernardus 12, Rochefort 8/10, Westvleteren, Dogfish 120IPA... tons of stuff.

I hate beer snobs.
PBR, Narragansett, Ballantine, Brooklyn Lager FTW.
I like the snobby stuff too, I'm just not obsessed with it to the point of not being able to enjoy something simpler.

Hate is a strong word, don't you think? Do you hate everyone that posted in this thread, just because they enjoy something you don't? I haven't seen anyone say that they don't like "simpler" brews. I see folks writing about brews they really enjoy, and that make them happy.
Do you hate people for being happy?

Magic Hat #9 is pretty good. A recent discovery for me but it'll be a regular.
