Dropout ID Help

I went through my box of rear dropouts today and among the many I found these two sets which I sort of don't/do remember buying quite a few years ago. I don't remember who made them or where from I might have gotten them. Does anyone here recognize them?

It turns out I have way more dropouts than I will likely ever need. I'll be offering up a bunch soon. Andy

Andy I've used those dropouts in my framebuilding classes and know they aren't made anymore. I was thinking they were a MAP product too but I'm not positive. This was before I saw Mark's post. Mitch was one of my students in April 2006.
