Need Handlebar Bag for Stoker- Unique Design

There msut be hundreds of handlebar bags out there but none work for stokers because of how the handbar connects to the seat post
of the captain. Perhaps I could cut a hole in the front and the back of a handlebar bag and slide the handlebar "stem" through
the bag and still attach the bag to the bar with the velcro straps etc. Has anyone ever thought of this before and perfected the design ?

Co-Motion makes a nicely designed stoker handlebar bag, have you seen it?

We’ve used this (or something similar) bag forever. And being a Jandd, it’s lasted forever.

I'm sure the Jandd is a nice bag but I fear it would hang and swing without any support and be a distraction. I need to find a way for the stem
that is attached to the seat post to be anchored or attached to the handlebar bag. The problem is the stem, as is obvious, is horizontal as opposed
to the typical vertical stem on front handlebars

You need one wirh a velcro strap around the stem, works fine with us.Easy to sew it one yourself on any bag if not provided. Make stitches waterproof with tent seam products or someting like that.
Classic handlebar bags don't fir, backpacing ones(round and tubular) fit.

We tried a Carradice Barley bag on bars similar to what you show. It was close but didn't quite work out due to knee strike.
That bag is designed as a seat bag with a bottom strap that goes around the seatpost. I substituted a longer strap, and ran it through a short length of PVC before circling the stem. It worked pretty well to hold the bag more vertically.

Just got this a week ago and it works well. It hangs below the stoker bar, and the straps are likely long enough to fit on your bar as well.

Finally found the perfect solution at WALMART ! It does hook to the bar with straps but I knew I did not want any bag hanging down from the stokers bar and tucked up under
the stem if it was attached. For one thing the flap-cover operation would be terrible. Like I do often times I outthink myself. See the pics. I installed the bag on TOP
of the stem and right behind the seat. works perfectly and CHEAP. HIP HIP HOORAY WALMART
