I just bought this bike online and I'm still waiting on it to get here. very cheap bike for sure 129.00 bucks.but I bought it to ride on my local paved bike trail. its 5miles one way. so just a nice ride up and back every night after work just to get a little exercise . its pretty much flat the whole way. would anyone here have ridden this bike? would ya recommend any upgrades?

Good to see you've got into cycling for fitness. Just keep it maintained as is, until you decide to upgrade. I read on another thread your wish to eventually get on a Cannondale.
Edit...I bought a big box bike about 8 months ago and it is ridden daily. I love tinkering and have a good bike tool set, so dismantled the moving parts including the BB, and greased everything. The only thing I replaced was the pedals.
