I'm guessing lack of serial # is what worries the OP.

Yes i have no luck
If you bike in an area where it can come to police asking to see your bike's serial #, it is better if the bike has it, or you get in trouble.
Be it a warning for those buying secondhand bike, %^&* happens that one buys too fast without remembering to check on these things, like ser# and only realize all that after purchase. It happened before to many. The guy is lucky he can get refund.
