The guy leaning back on the car fender in the OP's still sure looks like Ferdi Kubler and the guy in front of Ferdi on the bumper sure looks like Fiorenzo Magni, he of the iconic strap-in-mouth photo in the Giro. Oh, and I think the guy in the rainbow jersey is Briek Schotte, the very embodiment of the Flahute strongman.
I confess to being somewhat surprised that Bartali would allow himself to be upstaged by Coppi, even in a short film clearly made in jest.
