Found this maintenance wiki today
Maybe not totally totally C&V here but I found something interesting and wanted to share so it doesn't get lost. If I post it on BF, I can always dig it up by threads I've submitted at a later date.
Not heavily trafficked or edited, but I found this and the maintenance section would probably be helpful for someone relatively new. As a guy who's had to write technical documentation throughout my life, I could appreciate how well the maintenance section is laid out.
Core wiki page: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Bicycles
Maintenace/Repair: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Bicycl...nce_and_Repair
Looks like it was created earlier in the decade, but went for years without editing. Looks like a lot of the current editing is minor stuff. It's not fully finished, so ... if you're of the mind of wanting to do something positive, maybe it could be something fulfilling for you to work on?

I've referred to this page many times, and it appears to be slowly updated to current standards.

I hadn't bumped into much else on that site, but it is worth a look.

Thanks for pointing us to this. I use Wikipedia all the time, especially in sermon preparation and writing. I've been a voluntary contributor of $$ for many years now and I'd like to encourage others to do so. Even a $10 yearly gift goes a long way to keep this amazing resource viable. Think about what you pay annually for cyber security, internet service, Office subscriptions, Bike Forums membership, photo storage, etc. A small contribution for such a huge knowledge base which is uncluttered and free from all advertising is something worth investing in and supporting!
Just my two cents.
