Ridewithgps has a couple Vallejo-to-Sacramento, Sacramento-to-South Lake Tahoe you can string together.
Looks ambitious 210 miles 17K of climb.
Good Luck!

There was a group that rode from Sacramento to Tahoe City earlier this fall. A lot of it was gravel. I will see if I can find the strava track.

Here's the route I would take: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/31569674
The disclaimer is I've not done that exact ride but have ridden (and enjoyed!) nearly all the roads included there. Most routes you'll find include a long slog through the Sacramento metro area. This route avoids that whole area and goes over Carson Pass instead.

What type of bicycle you going be riding and also maybe tires? I ask because some routes do turn to dirt or gravel road.
And South or North shore or it does it not matter?
And going back down is going to be a lot easier than going up.
I use to live and ride right above Foresthill.
Nice wide shoulder for awhile and hardly any cars when I went up riding toward Robinson Flat.
I believe also no service between Foresthill (Todd Valley) and Soda Springs.
Lots of dirt roads off Foresthill Road, but this was 15 years ago and I preferred pavement over dirt at that time.
