Very interesting designs from the French for the period.....but I wish the put in little more work on their finish quality and QA/QC......sometimes they are just so rough looking, they either look like they were made in some tiny, poor, backwater Soviet sattelite country or by Neanderthals....

Though the finish quality is not the best, the stem is truly interesting. It would qualify as special in my stash. As for other nice looking vintage stems, the Carnelli, often fitted to Bottecchia bicycles, is my personal favorite...
