Seeking Identification Of Quill Road stem, Not Value.

Howdy folks. I recently purchased a really nice Frankenbike and I'm trying to figure out the stem.

All of this madness came on a Sarroni Tipo Sprint:

Campagnolo Record Downtube Shifters
Campagnolo 3600/NT, Gran Sport Front D
Campagnolo 980 Rear D
Miche Headset, Fluted Cranks, Italian BB and Pedals. Christophe clips.
Italmanubri Aereo 22.2 Seatpost with Shim
G. Caimi Castano Everest Freewheel
Ambrosio Extra Rims
Ambrosio 13 Volte Campione del Mondo Handlebars
Bianchi Hubs
Ofmega Skewers
Shimano 600AX BR-6300 Brakes
San Marco Gi-Lux 312 Saddle

So, yes, I'm renaming the bike as the "Saronni Itameshi" (Itameshi = Fusion of Japanese and Italian)... I just have no info on the stem.

125mm Front to Rear. 137mm Tall. 22mm Slot. 90 or 06 Stamp - No other markings at all. If I've got this post in the wrong place, my apologies and please move if so.

Thank you all in advance.

26.4 on two different calipers. Close though. This one has a tapered rise toward the middle.

yes, i thought about the tapered rise when looking at the MAVIC

unfortunately the angle of the VB image makes it difficult to see if it is present or no...

a 26.4 clamp size implies it was produced to be Cinelli compatible
