lue Competition Cycles CX6.5 Cross Bike:
Whether you need a ride that hops barriers at your local ’cross race or commutes to work in nasty conditions, or you just want a bike that rallies singletrack without the beef of a mountain bike, the Blue CX6.5 Cross Bike is your dirt-eating, singletrack-conquering, tarmac-slaying choice. Blue’s Aerus carbon composite oversized fork takes the ‘zing’ out of unfriendly terrain, while the Aerus compact alloy bars make reaching for the drops quick and comfortable. The CX6.5 features a crisp-shifting SRAM Apex Double-Tap gruppo resting on Blue’s expertly crafted aluminum chassis for a package worthy of a spot on the podium—or in your living room.
Huge chainstay and oversized bottom bracket ensure no power is wasted when hammering on the pedals
Mud-clearing cantilever brakes offer all-weather stopping power
Vittoria Cross XG-Pro tires draped around American Classic Victory wheels for nimble cornering and barrier-hopping toughness
50/34 FSA compact chainring for dialing in the perfect gear over any terrain
Ovalized top tube makes shouldering the bike over barriers comfortable

Hrm... never heard of bonktown before, but maybe I should keep track of it...
Seems like a pretty good deal. The frame is a discontinued, average quality aluminum frame, originally retailed ~$800 for the frame.
But, an Apex groupo at retail is also about $750... so yeah, looks like it was a good one.

Competitive Cyclist is closing out certain models & sizes of Ridleys at very nice prices. Just keep in mind that Ridley sizes are based on seattube C-C, so check the geo numbers.
