Peloton pedal recall
It ain't classic, it ain't vintage, but I'd bet that some vintage riders are using these in the winter. Once I discovered fenders and good rain gear, the need to have an indoor trainer went out the window.
"Having said that," I noticed there is a recall on Peloton pedals. Two grand for a bike that won't take you anywhere and they cheap out on the pedals?

Yeah, I saw that, too. I was surprised, also, to read "Peloton said it recommended that users change their pedals annually."
I wonder how many miles/revolutions peloton users are putting on those pedals?

Yeah, so I had to google Peleton bikes to figure out what you guys are talking about. So it's like an overpriced exercise bike that has a TV in front of it, and forces you to watch some sweaty bozo in front of you telling you what to do while you ride? Uh, really? People pay for that? Sounds like utter torture. There's probably bad techno pop playing in the background too.
I think the pedals breaking early would be a feature. You wouldn't have to get on the thing for a while.
