Wahoo Bolt not synching with Phone nor RWGPS
My Bolt always used to sync seamlessly with RWGPS via my iPhone, but for the last few months it just hasn't been doing it. I have to manually sync the phone to the Bolt, go to history in the Wahoo app and wait for it to sync. Sometimes it will send it to RWGPS and sometimes it just won't. And a few times lately it will say "waiting" when trying to sync w RWGPS.
One thing I know I do is to stop my ride with my bike on my porch where the house wifi is spotty, but even when I've brought the bike inside and then stop it I've had issues. The funny thing is when I did a ride that started/ended by my car it was all synch'ed up when I got home. Is the wifi at my house confusing it? When I used to commute I'd stop my ride inside the office building and by the time I got to my desk it was already loaded, and the corporate wifi wouldn't allow a device like that to connect.
Any thoughts? Anybody else with this issue?

Deauthorize RWGPS in your Elemnt app and reauthorize it.
This is common with MapMyRide apps. It usually happens after a Wahoo Bolt software update.

Mine started doing that after I had a few hundred rides saved on the bolt. Delete them through the app. If the app won’t delete them, connect it to your computer and delete them that way and then do a factory reset. It’s a pain but worked for me.

Does it come up as a drive if I connect it? I probably have a few hundred rides on it at this point too.

Yes. It comes up as a drive named ELEMNT-BOLT. The .fit files you need to delete (or backup somewhere else) are in the "exports" folder. The drive won't be recognized when you plug it in unless the unit is powered on.

Did you try the de-authorize and re-authorize first?
After you do that you will need to go into any past rides that did not synch and manually resync the ride from the Elemnt app (i.e. "try again"). All future rides should upload automatically.

I did the de-authorize and re-authorize and everything sync'ed up immediately. Now I need to do a ride and see what happens after. 70 degree sunny day today...

It should be fine until the link gets broken again after the next software update. Easy check and solution now that you know what to look for. No need to be going in playing with files.

I came back from my ride today and it was sync'ed before I got to my computer. Seems to work.
Thanks all.
